This casual cafè is ideally located for those staying in the Culture Boutique Hotel. With the suites above, it’s convenient to come downstairs for a delicious meal or to grab a snack to take back to the room.
However it’s also a popular spot to pop by and grab a cup of coffee or hot tea. The cafè offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options plus drinks and bakery items. The food is healthy and so delicious. I enjoyed a hearty dinner here both evenings of my stay in the hotel. And then purchased chia pudding to take back to my room for breakfast the next morning.

This coffee shop is super cute, friendly and offers a unique and upbeat vibe. Everything from the plants, retro flooring, to the coffee and breakfast items are one of a kind. Definitely worth a visit!

By far my favorite coffee shop in Springfield! For college students, it is the perfect study environment, with music that is chill and mellow and plenty of tucked away nooks to get stuff done. The staff is friendly, and I have yet to find better coffee. Would recommend!

One of the best coffee companies is Eurasia, the drinks are perfectly made to order, and the staff are super friendly and personable. The smoked chili is amazing! P.S. Scott, knows how to make the best Americano!

Always excellent coffee and custom beverages, served by a friendly staff. Their meal selections are unique and delicious (gotta try the quiche!) for breakfast or lunch.

I used to not like the coffee but since I've started going recently - It's been top notch. Scott, one of the baristas, does such a killer job slinging spro and I've yet to have a below average drink. I haven't even had an average drink! It's always one sip and "Damn this is good."
I wouldn't have recommended Eurasia a year ago but I absolutely have it in my top recommendations now!

Really cool café with plenty of vegan options. The place itself is gorgeous with old hardwood floors and other beautiful details. I had an oat milk latte and it was incredible.

We love Eurasia! We come here at least once a week! We always get the large iced blonde mochas, they are sooooo good! So creamy! Their lemon poppyseed and coffee cake muffins are also really good!
