Five Guys

Placed online order at 5:20pm and didn't receive food until 5:55. I waited inside for 20 minutes before I get my food that was done the whole time. I was given a shake 5 minutes after i walked in so they were aware of my presence. I rarely go to restaurants anymore because of stuff like this. Thank you for reinforcing my opinion.

I had diarrhea three times after a few hours of having a little cheese burger with jalapenos mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce onion, and fries. I usually have no problem after eating fatty food, unwashed fruits, or not so fresh veggies so if I get a stomach problem you guys might have serious errors of treating food for the past several days. I work for a restaurant business too so I know short staffing is nerve breaking but an employee telling every customer that they are short staffed and giving me an attitude and refusing me to dine-in is somethingelse. If my store was short staffed, I would apologize to customers that we can't allow dine-in. What benefit is there to serve with a long face? Just because you have a terrible day , you don't have to transfer your mood to the customers. That will strike back to your future profit.

I asked for a "cheeseburger" like it said on the menu - the cashier shot back at me gruffly with an annoyed tone asking "single or double" (not bothering to explain further) to which I decided single assuming this was something missed on the menu. This question was repeated for all the 3 itmes I ordered (cashier never bothering to clarify further). When I got the bill, I saw i got chargedfor 3 "little cheeseburger"s which was a separate item on the menu than "cheeseburger"! I'm not expecting a smile or greeting - it's possible the person had a long day. And by the way, I was really quick with my order and no one was waiting in the line after. But not only do you not know your own menu right above your head, do you take need to treat a paying customer with such impatience & disdain? Oh they want a tip as well??? Never coming back.

We were originally looking for a Big Boy but they all closed at 9pm(despite google saying they closed at 10). We decided on Five Guys,best decision ever. Staff was great, place was clean,food was great. Girlfriend wanted a milkshake but was told the machine was down. Later on one the staff members came to us and offered free milkshakes. During times like these, it's the little things. Please visit this place 🙂

So I got a 10 dollar bacon cheeseburger. Thats a little much but all the toppings were free. So I told the cashier what I wanted and for some reason she added hot sauce instead of onions (I never said anything remotely like hot sauce) so I told them about the error and I said that I wanted onions and not hot sauce. They apologized and said they would fix it. My sandwich came and it was just a hot mess. Doused in hot sauce that I said I didnt want and there WAS NO BACON! It was 10 dollars for a bacon sandwich that wasnt on it. The burger was wet and gross from that darn hot sauce that keeps coming back up during this review. It was good but the order was messed up and it honestly just wasnt a fun experience. The fries were good and the freestyle machine was cool but I'm giving it 3 stars. Will I consider going back... Maybe. But it may be a while.
