McDonald’s you know what I love about your advertisement? I love that it shows you have fresh food ice cold drinks and everything to please the customer that they could expect after seeing what’s advertised. However what I don’t love is when I go through your drive-through at 6:45 AM and I order something from the bakery, it’s ice cold like it’s just been sitting on the counter for the last two hours. You think of a nice warm apple fritter and your coffee before work but instead you get a ice cold hard chunk of sugar instead. Please do better

Me and my husband come in we're hungry we are completely ignored nobody asks if we want anything.there are 4 people working there kids of course.they we're helping these people but it doesn't take 3 people to wait on these people a group of 4. Not even to say to us I'm sorry will be right here to take your order.this is no kind of customer service.i worked in customer service before and this is not the way you treat your customers.another person also walked out.can you train your employees how to take care of there customers? I will not be going back there.i have told several people about my experience as this was horrible.

I ordered the $12 shareable meal consisting of 4 cheeseburgers, 20 pieces chicken nuggets and a basket of fries. HALF of my order came!! I was missing 2 cheeseburgers and the basket of fries. Usually I'm not someone to write a negative review but this isn't this first time this has happened to me at this McDonald's. On the receipt stuck to the bag it clearly says. 4 cheeseburgers, 20 piece and a basket of fries. I'm so disappointed.

01/09/2022 drive thru 10pm. Management needs to be aware. If your system works inside but you say drive thru doesn't work, but the intercom works and payment systems and food works, but not drive thru. Sounds like laziness to do one extra step. Pay your workers more so they don't need to make excuses to do less work
