Ordered 2 of the new chicken nuggets and 2 crinkle fries. Was told there'd be a 6 min wait on the chicken, I said ok. Paid, pulled forward and waited. When he brought the bag out he said "be careful the fries are hot". Well, only one was hot. The other was disgustingly old and greasy. The chicken nuggets where possibly old, I'm not sure. They were hot but tough, dry and small with barely any meat. Just completely gross.

Terrible service. Waited 15 min listening to employees argue and banter eventually left and elate elsewhere. Place should be shut down nasty lobby dirty floors hateful employment. Wouldn't recommend

The employees were nice enough. The food tasted great as well. The fries were a little on the extra crispy side (whole reason I went here, the curly fries) and there wasn't any cheese on my sandwich I paid for. May try again in the future as I like Arby's but they weren't that busy which is kind of frustrating.

Manager Wiped her nose and I’m sure probably didn’t wash her hands. She was nice tho.

I was actually impressed with the limited time offer for the beer cheddar and double beef sandwich!! It not only filled my belly, but it had me wanting more; even though I was stuffed!! I came in wanting the garlic butter steak, but I was persuaded in a different direction and I'm glad I made the change.

Food was cold after a 10 minute wait. Then they didn't even cut the sandwich in half. Pure laziness.
