Taco Bell

Better than the seasonless tacos on the opposite side, that location on Rayford, and has improved since I tried last year. But, I have to point out - this is ridiculous of your employees; and as a franchise owner I’d be mad. The picture shows how many sauce packets were left over when I really only used 2 sauce packets on my two items. I ordered three but the french fries didn’t need sauce. This number of sauce packets is absurd- sarcastically absurd. Thank me later. Oh, and pay closer attention to your orders, because the 23 sauce packets do not make up for not including plastic ware, nor any napkins, in my bag. Good thing I was going home and didn’t think to notice. But how did they know that?

Overall it's way better than many other Taco Bell locations but still has room for improvement. The still sometimes mess up Vegetarian orders and you have to remind them to give utensils with the order in drive thru. For some reason they think you can eat everything with hands. If you give them feedback they take it positively but still no visible actions either. Still I prefer to order here as compared to the other nearby locations.

This taco bell has really changed since Marcus took over as the manager. When he is there everything is fresh and made according to the company recipes. I wish he could be there 24/7. There has to be a way to hold the team or assistant accountable when he isn't there since that's, i.m.o. the only time the team slacks.

Their customer service was so amazing that I made it my business to give them their kudos before pulling off. Everything was packaged neatly and in an organized manner, and the crew member even took the time to explain having to adjust one of my orders with the reason behind it. They definitely have a customer for life!
