Taco Bell

This location is solid most of the time. There's been 4-5 times I went to find them closed or closing early but never earlier than 30 minutes prior to the posted time. Im not normally trying to show up that late normally so it hasn't been a big thing for me. The portions are steadily decent, and 80 percent of the time the employees who help me have excellent customer service. The other 20 percent aren't rude just not overly welcoming if that makes sense. All in all a good location to visit.

Went here for my kids as a celebratory quick dinner. The location at 1960 & Cutten had already closed their lobby & the drive thru line was nearly around the building. Drove a little further away & found this location still had an open lobby (hence the 4 stars). Didn't get 5 because we went in ready to order..... The employees (manager included) were too busy talking to take my order. The manager guided me to their kiosk so I could place my own order (not my preferred method). Then I had to stand & wait to be acknowledged to get cups for our drinks. I miss the pre covid service where people actually seemed to enjoy their jobs!

I drop in for a quick meal every now and then. A Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, nothing special. But! While I am here eating, another customer had made a mistake; ordering the wrong item, and after starting to eat, realized his own mistake. The customer politely asked the staff if anything could be done to replace the item. Without a second thought, staff immediately replaced the item. Whether it is corporate policy, or just cool human stuff, it’s nice to watch good customer service in action. A happy/repeat customer is far more valuable than a $2 or so menu item.
