Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

we took my sister for the first time she had never been there before if you want to try to spend you did because we told her they brought up the spinach dip in the chips were extremely overcooked and hard the young lady that waited on us was not attended to her customers each time we needed something water napkins anything etc when we had to get up to look for her we spoke with the manager no excuses you can give us but that was short of help but what does being shorthanded has to do with good service a good quality food my sister said she'll never be going back but I like Cheddar's i will give them another try

The food is great. I've had the burger here, and that's one of my favorite burgers. I've had the ribeye, which is pretty good, and their pasta is an excellent choice, too. They've been great, and not just at this location. The only dish I will not recommend is the country fried steak. It's just bread, barely any meat. Everything else should be good. There's many places of this type, but I feel like this one is the best one in its category.

We visited here Mother's day '23. I used their app to view the seating and wait time before we arrived. It was in real time. When we arrived the restaurant was packed but the app was true and on time. We didn't have a wait time. We was directed straight to our table. Everything was EXCELLENT. The food, service and atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting here again.

We really enjoyed our meal here! If you're looking for a family friendly, relaxed, mid-range priced classic diner meal, but you don't want to go to Chili's or Applebee's, Cheddars Scratch Kitchen is a great option! The food here is really good, prices are fair and the staff here is fantastic! We came here on a whim because I've driven by it numerous times, but, never actually ate here yet. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and and seated very quickly. The restaurant dining area was very busy, which I always take as a great sign that the food & service will not disappoint. CSK offers a wonderful selection of favorite American and Southern plate classics. The waiter arrived quickly and had a very pleasant attitude. He took our drink orders and quickly also brought out a complimentary plate of butter honey croissants. The croissants were buttery delicious and very indulgent. The menu offers a wide variety of foods and classic dishes that you find at this type of chain restaurant. We each had something different to try to get a sample of everything: *The Caesar salads were good but a little heavy on the dressing. *The chicken fried steak was well seasoned and not greasy (the steak was about the size of a man's large hand. *The ribs that were cooked well and dry. *The cheeseburger had a nice Smoky taste to it and also topped with fresh vegetables. *A steak with chicken tenders plate, which were both cooked correctly and not greasy. The dining area was kept clean, with tables ready for new guests. The restrooms are acceptable/not the greatest. And the overall staff does a wonderful job of doing their part to make sure that this restaurant runs well and efficiently I give cheddar scratch chicken 2 big thumbs up for the wonderful service, pricing and good classic meal selections. I would definitely recommend Cheddar's and will be coming back again!

This is my first visit to a cheddars. What an amazing experience. The staff was super sweet the location was clean and the food was delicious. We have the Montecristo with the fries and we also order the combination platter and the pasta without the shrimp. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious Will definitely be coming back 10 out of 10 totally recommend checking it out. They have a lot of options on the menu and the food doesn’t disappoint. The location is conveniently located and there’s plenty of parking. Our waiter was nice and didn’t keep bothering us. Just came to check on us on occasion. if you’re in town, I highly recommend checking out cheddars.

We had great service by our server Joel. He was very attentive and polite. Our steak was not it we asked for our steak medium rare and it was more than well it was crispy but very hard for our liking. Had two watermelon margaritas even though they ran out of watermelon we still enjoyed them! Over all the mashed potatoes were very good even ordered a potato soup to go. Overall it was still a great experience and enjoyed the time with my sister.

This a very affordable place where to get some traditional American food. The drinks are good, the attention is been most of the times good. At this time William was very friendly and talkative. My partner and I enjoyed everything but the cleanliness, which is why I’ll rate it fours stars. I would suggest them to improve the cleanliness, the floor is greasy and slippery and at the time we were sitting there was trash underneath the table and crumbs of food on the seat.
