The ladies that work here are cheerful and usually happy. They always greet me as I walk in since I live nearby and I’m a regular at this 7-11. However, some of the new workers there don’t seem too happy. And unfortunately the customer service has been extremely poor. Which is why I give 3 stars. I was gonna rate 2 stars, but I think of the ladies which makes me put 3 stars.

Been going here for many years. Great spot to grab a hot dog and a Slurpee, or a coffee and a muffin. Or a beer to go with a pizza pickup from Gaetano's nearby. Friendly staff.

Zero 🌟 deceptive practices. Few will feel any sympathy for my situation. It's like a fat guy that eats all his meals at a fast food restaurant then sues because he's overweight. I don't smoke, I thought I'd buy a couple of packs for a special person in my world (it's Christmas). I stop in at 7/11 @ 10049 Campo Road in Casa de Oro located the brand noted they were $12.65 +/- a dime plus tax. I questioned the high price, last time I was aware of cigarette prices they were $8. The cashier said it was a new tax that just went into effect (I don't know I don't smoke) I bought the explanation and purchased the cigarettes. I was curious (a bit late) and stopped at a liquor store to check their prices $9.45 plus tax (I bought 2). I returned to the 7/11 attempted to return the cigarettes and was denied my request. I was informed store policy....etc and come back and see the manager (Cathy maybe Kathy) tomorrow. I contend this is just low life deceptive practice.

I stop by and Shop almost every day and I have for about 8 months and to be honest the staff are not very friendly. And I mean that in general I've watched their interactions with other customers most of the employees really don't seem to enjoy working there. Completely different than the 711 on jamacha Boulevard by Sweetwater. You can tell at that store that every employee is thrilled to be there and in a great mood constantly. so that store is a lot of fun to be in. this 711 however needs to take some notes from the employees at jamacha....

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! Now that I have your attention. Earlier today I was in the 7-eleven purchasing water and some gum. As I'm wrapping up the transaction and walking out the cashier is speaking to 3 children (obviously walking together on their way home from school, I would say in the range of 10 years old). She tells them to leave all of their bags (backpacks) at the door, and to take off their jackets/hoodies and leave them at the door as well. This is unacceptable! First, let's mention the fact that you shouldn't be relieving children of their belongings, Especially their clothes! Second, how about the psychological damage that you're causing these children by automatically sending signals that you think they're going to steal. The kids seemed obviously stunned and hassled by this, even noting stuff like "we're not trying to steal?!" and "it's cause you look ghetto" (one kid said to the other kid). What is the point in negatively reinforcing this behavior, even though nothing has been committed, obviously sending the message that no matter what these kids do they're already in trouble just for being kids. I don't have kids, but I would definitely be looking at legal action if you're having my child take off pieces of clothing to enter your store. I'll leave this by saying, okay what if there is a small chance that a child will steal something like a candy bar or a snack (what is that like $2 max?), well due to this behavior this adult, with a job, whom potentially will purchase drinks, snacks, sweets, beer, gum, anything else my heart desires, and lives in the area will never be shopping here again. Luckily you made sure these kids have a rough time just trying to enter your store. Forgot to mention the part where the lady working there is smiling as if this is some joke to treat children this way, it must be because this is something she commonly does and takes enjoyment in it.

This store has really friendly staff, they seem to talk with regulars a lot. The store is clean, the floors and even the shelves. Huge parking lot, should be easy to find parking. Nice location to visit.

It’s April 20th...the half gallon of milk I just bought has an expiration date of April 6th. It was not a nice surprise.
