Subway

This was the worst sandwich I ever received … not going to this location again . I received a sandwhich full of mustard … my bread was soaked in it , I had to wipe a lot of it off just to eat it . I can’t even finish it , it’s really disgusting . The sandwhich was barely cut , and veggies are not fresh ! Clearly tastes old …

The people were very nice, however, I seldom go to Subway and will start going less. Subway gives u more bread than meat. I ordered tuna, and they give you two baby scoops, so u have to find the Tuna. This is every Subway...its like they measure your meat to the inch. At lunch, best to go to a grocery store, get the precut lunch meat with a small pack of Hawaiian bread with chips or something rather than Subway. Goodness, give people their money's worth, u will build your customer base...and have return customers

I called to see if my sandwich could be remade right before closing and had the best experience! I left happier than I had been all day because of 2 sweet souls named Molly and her brother James. Molly did everything to ensure my order was perfect and made it a meal for any inconvenience even tho her kind presence was good enough for me! James came out of nowhere handed me a few cookies and told me and my mother we looked beautiful today and that just stole my moms heart we both been through so much lately and they were such a breath of fresh air!! This was the second time I had the honor to be helped by Molly but they are awesome and deserve to be recognized for their kindness patience and being overall great people in these trying times ❤ definately my new fav store!!! ☺

I tend to overlook it when a place gets like one or two things wrong with my order but the service I experienced must be chronicled. Firstly, I used the drive through and there were about three cars ahead of me but, it may as well have been 10 because the line was moving so slow I was able to leisurely watch videos on my phone as if i was parked in a lot or something. Secondly, I make it a major point to speak clear and concise at the kiosk yet they still manage to get my order wrong even with all the extra time they have making the food.Thirdly, all the things wrong with my sandwich: sandwich was cold (asked for toasted), overabundance of pickles and jalapenos, they put thousand island dressing instead of mayonnaise, neglected to put olive oil, put a measly amount of Parmesan cheese, did not cut my sandwich in half ( had to do it myself) and, the pickles were hastily put in a clump which i also had to separate. lastly the server at the window did not have his mask on correctly, if you can help it skip this restaurant altogether.

The dinning room was closed and I wasn’t able to fit the ambulance through the drive through. I didn’t know if I could walk up to the window or not. I work night shift it’s very hard getting food at night. Molly greeted me at the window right away and helped me pick out a sandwich. She was very kind and helpful. Thank you Molly
