This and Baskin Robbins was absolutely disgusting!
There were a bunch of kids that looked like they were no more than 16.
They were oblivious that there were customers.
The place was trashed and NASTY!
Everything you can imagine was all over the floor.
All the tables were filthy.
If I had of known before I ordered our ice cream I would have turned around and left!
The first thing I did notice was the freezer part where you pick your ice cream.
It was completely frosted over around the edges.
I got a regular cone with butter pecan.
Since for some reason they didn't have your basic chocolate 🤔!
When I got to my cone...omg! It was STALE!
I walked to the counter and when someone finally acknowledged my presence, I let the girl know the cones were stale for their future customers.
She pointed to some and said "These ones or these ones "?
I'm disturbed at the grammar.
I pointed to the correct cones.
She said "okay" and walked off.
That's it!
Didn't remove them and no apology!
My daughter got avocado toast from Dunkin and it was basically a cold piece of bread with a tiny bit of avocado 🥑.
It was also handed to her in a box with avocado smeared all over the top.
There was 4 teenagers working and it wasn't busy.
They were all huddled in a corner doing NOTHING!
DO NOT RECOMMEND
UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE FUNK!
WILL NOT GO BACK!

Donuts are good and fresh. Coffee is consistent. Gave them 4 stars because their drive thru is really slow. Feels like they can only handle one car at a time.

Coffee and food is good but the customer service is horrible. I’m here at 6 am waiting for coffee and was greeted at the menu ordering station with a “give me a moment” and waited for about 7 minutes before I heard anything. Then they continued to be rude to me and make me wait much longer at the window.
Do better.

Listen, I am a huge Dunkin’ fan and this location is the worst location I’ve ever been too. I say that because I’ve been so many times just hoping a poor experience was a 1 time thing. I am a General Manager of a restaurant across the street and stop to get coffee pretty often and when I forget to stop at my usual Columbia dunkin I would stop at the Spring Hill one. For the last 3 years I have never had a good experience, but this last time I’m just completely over it. One time I showed up about 7 ish and told me they were out of coffee and had to brew it, me being understanding just paid and said okay, 10 MINUTES LATER I get my coffee. This is by far the slowest dunkin I’ve ever been too and I’m from savannah Georgia which is tourist central so they’re actually busy. This last time I ordered my regular drink that I’ve never had issues with before and they tell me they can’t make it with oat milk only regular milk. I simply just say “well it’s never been an issue at the 15 other locations I’ve been too and Columbia literally always does it”. Anyway I lose the battle and get something else just extremely irritated because I know better to not come to this location and I did it anyway. This location needs to get it under control in 3 years it remains slow, rude service, inconsistent. Like I grow irritated with myself when I don’t stop at the other location, but always remain optimistic that maybe Spring Hill got it together. NOPE. I run a restaurant that is full of 16-17 year old kids so the “teenager” excuse won’t work for me. I’m not a complainer, but I feel like after years of bad experiences it was worth my time to review.

I've ordered donuts through Door Dash twice now. Both days, the orders couldn't be filled because THEY WERE OUT OF DONUTS??? How does a donut place always run out of donuts (and any other bakery item I've tried ordering) well before close? What a joke. I do not recommend people do business with these guys.

Always on point , coffee always hot and as asked. Great team working there who always makes you feel at home while there . Big shoutout to the Port Royal Dunkin .

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. When I got home there was hardly any cream cheese on the bagel, and I mean hardly! Considering that I paid extra for that, you would think that I would get a good amount, but apparently, not. If I had know that they would rip me off, I would've just gotten a plain bagel. Tried calling twice, but no one answered. Called headquarters; hopefully the store will call me back. In retrospect, I should've just gotten a doughnut.

"America Runs Out Of Dunkin' " should be the slogan.
This site is decent, and friendly, but the Corporate side or franchise owners of the biz neglects them furiously. Slow, out of items, and not accurate on several orders I've placed here. And the corporate side seems to be completely unaware of this, or have few resourceful ideas on how to fix these squabbles. No, this is not a "site" or shift-manager issue. They don't get the support they need. That's painfully obvious.
