Food was spot on. Service was great. Our sweet server, Ariana, was so attentive and caring. I know they've been short handed, but today they were great. (Sorry for the cut up food pic....I was a little hungry)

We were excited about dinner at Cracker Barrel but we left disappointed. The food was so cold that we had to ask for it to be reheated 🤦♀️ then we waited and waited for biscuits just to get cold bread 🙄, our waitress never asked us if we wanted our drinks refills and our table stink 🤢 (probably from using the same dirty rag)!! I have to say the only tasty item we got was the baked potato. Wasted $70 for the most unsatisfying meal !!!!!!

Checked in for my curbside order. Waited 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time and decided to try and call instead, no answer. Tried calling four times, still no answer. Decided to be patient and waited another 10 minutes in case they were busy. Still nothing.
At this point I went inside to see if there was some delay. Was asked for the name on the curbside order. It was sat there on the shelf, god knows how long for, probably the 20 minutes I was waiting and calling.
Got home to discover the abysmal “Sunday Pot Roast” in the photograph, missing carrots too. Plus it had leaked all over the bag. Not good - didn’t even eat any of it. Missing condiments too. The only time I’ll be going back here will be to get a refund for this.

I used to be a manager for cracker barrel for 7 yrs so I know how good the food and service should be. I was with a couple of work buddy's from California and they never been to cracker barrel and absolutely loved it. We had breakfast at this particular one and when they seen the bill they again was blown away for the price of what we ordered. The service was great and on point as usual which made for a good meal.

This place always is a treat! I love the shopping out in the general store to help pass time if you're waiting for a table or to just find some of the perfect little gifts. They had a wide selection of candy including some that is harder to find! The staff is always so nice and friendly. The food is even better!! One of my all time favorite dishes is the lemon pepper grilled rainbow trout! I always switch it up between mac and cheese, dumplings, fried okra or fried apples. I love coming here. The restaurant is a clean environment and the bathrooms have been clean every time I have visited. I love that they wrap things for you around the holidays as well if you're buying presents! You never know what you mind find in their store, but I guarantee you will find at least one thing that you will want to take home. I have tried many things on their menu and have never been disappointed. The biscuits are always warm and delicious. I love to put their blackberry jelly on them. I am always down for some Cracker Barrel. Thank you for the wonderful service! See you again! Hopefully soon!

This location has definitely gone downhill. I know staffing is an issue but it would be better to close than serve that food! The pancakes tasted like they had been frozen, the sausage was super pink, my husband got steak and eggs ( he ordered medium) and it was raw!
When we went to pay, we expressed that we were displeased and wanted to talk to a manger and the young girl behind the counter never said a word, as if I wasn’t speaking to her!!! Okie will never return!

Food was average at best. Server was good, but hostess refused to allow us to sit "socially distanced" from other diners during a pandemic because sections were "closed." My sister, cousin, and I had come from out of state to visit and my elderly mother wanted to treat us to lunch using her gift cards. Otherwise, I would have walked out. Unbelievable and rude.

We were a party of 9, for Sunday brunch. We waited 30 minutes fora table, which was fine because they were busy. Everyone asked for water plus 2 coffees and 1 tea. Only 1 coffee and 1 tea arrived. We waited about an hour before the first 4 food orders arrived. They were all wrong. We tried to make the best of it, but were missing items such as eggs and hashbrown casserole. Grits were cold and tasteless. Steak had been ordered medium well, but arrived medium rare. These orders were never corrected. The other 5 people in our group waited about 45 additional minutes for their orders and when they arrived multiple items were missing. My sister-in-law had ONLY ordered a double hashbrown order, and it never arrived. Salads never arrived, vegetable soup never arrived, cornbread never arrived, broccoli never arrived. We were not told that broccoli and salad and vegetable soup were not available until we had been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. We would not have waited around so long, but we were excited to visit with family who had traveled a long way to see us. We tried to make the best of it, as we know restaurants are struggling right now, but after reading the other recent reviews on this location, it is clear they need to make changes if they plan to remain in business.
