Taco Bell

I've been to Taco Bell many times in my life - and this one I've been going to maybe once a month for the past 6-7 years. We always get great service from the employees here. The food is made fresh and is always tasty. This Taco Bell is also cleaner than most fast food restaurants in the area. I don't fully understand the company's position on breakfast, but I'm not going to pitch a fit about it. Like I said, the employees and food at this location are excellent!

Came into this Taco Bell today (Sunday afternoon) and there was a delay with my mobile order. I asked to speak to management, who promptly apologized, explained the delay, then rectified the situation. Bravo to the management - we are all human and mistakes happen, but often you don’t see such great customer service in fast food places! Food tasted great in the end.

Ordered the naked chicken combo. Guess I should have read the menu better. I thought I was getting all chicken items, instead the was there was a beef taco and beef burrito. Ok I can deal with a little disappointment but when I go to eat the beef burrito and there is less than minimal beef in the burrito. Well that's just no bueno.

The window lady was truly amazing. I told her about part of their menu board flopping in the wind and she came out immediately to fix it.b she asked us if we were interested in ordering breakfast and when we told her no, she changed out the Two boards from breakfast to lunch. She apologized for our delay, returned inside and took our orders. I would give her 10 stars but . . . Our food was not that great. Every one of my 3 taco shells were soggy, wet and stuck in the cardboard container making them impossible to eat.
