Ihop

Overpriced and underserved portion of food. No lemon for my tea. Pancakes were nothing like I expected. Dirty bathroom. Service was great. She even got a new order since mine was served cold. I'll stick with mom and pop restaurant. IHOP chain is way too cheap with portion and way over priced for not so good food.

My sons had a day off from school today and wanted iHop for brunch. We ordered Togo because they wanted to be home it dine-in on their day off. The Togo was ready when we arrived (at the time we were told to show up) and the food was PERFECT! Photos would be attached if my sons didn't tear into it and scarf it down immediately lol. The BLT was perfect and bread toasted better than we do at home. My other son's burger and fries were also perfect considering travel time i didn't even expect it to be. Friendly prompt attention when we arrived as well. They surpassed all of our expectations and made my sons relaxing day off a success! Special Thank you to Megan the manager and Sarah the server that helped us so efficiently!! We I'll happily return! Proud of IHOP Spring Hill FL!

This IHOP we had a very good waitress, but....my scrambled eggs were scorched on bottom and cold when served. My hashbrowns were cold, with a browned top and undercooked below the the top. Someone else had eggs over easy and the eggs tasted like they were cooked with fish. The ham could not be cut. Ham was dried out and tastless.
