7-eleven

I have been coming to this location regularly for the last couple years being so close to work and it has alway served its purpose well for mostly fresh, usually hot coffee and quick favorite snacks when they had them. The staff have always been pleasant enough and they have bern out of my regulars from time to time but usually not a big deal. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management very recently but what a noticeable impressive improvement!! The store is spotless clean, coffee is always hot and fresh, shelves are neatly stocked and I’m always greeted with a welcome!! Seriously, what other store greets you with a welcome these days? Keep up the the good work guys.

I come here all of the time, and usually get great customer service. Employees need better training. I loaded money in my 7-Eleven app wallet because there was a deal if you load $20 onto the wallet you get 2000 points, and the cashier didn't know how to close out the check. He didn't speak English well, and after I tried to explain that there was money in the app, he told me, "I'm tired, go to another store.". I've NEVER been treated like this at this 7-Eleven before, and if I knew this was going to happen, I wouldn't have loaded money in the wallet.
