My wife and I had a horrible experience we came into the store expecting to get chili dogs and asked for the hot dogs and I started with the cheese and there was no chili and was told they were out and I asked them to put something up cause I only came in for a chili dogs and told the cashier helping that I no longer wanted them cause they didn't post anything on the chili saying they had no chili for than I wouldn't have asked for the hot dogs to begin with. Than another cashier intervened yelling at us saying we were destroying property and called my disabled native American wife racist and was very affended cause she was referring to the 2 other cashiers that were assisting us and threatened with calling the police while yelling at my wife who is in a wheelchair saying we disrupting the store and to leave while yelling. We've never experienced anything like this anywhere before and never felt so humiliation like this before and very sad to have to write this because I loved 711 before this and now I will never return there. This cashiers name was Lisa at 924 E. Empire Spokane,WA 99207

They're decent, not less or more. Its mostly clean, some of the fountain drinks are different than what they say. The fountain drinks also seem a bit watered down. They have all the regular foods, but they'll never offer to make more of what they're out of like some of the other ones

Dude this is the 2nd time that I've gotten the wrong change back... And I know the cashier knows that it was wrong because it was the difference of a dollar so does he have problems Counting therefore he could not do his job properly which means he shouldn't be hired in the first place, or was he purposely stealing from me nice job 7-Eleven this is why Maverick is going to take over you guys because this is ridiculous you guys have been in business for how long? decades?

This location doesn't offer cash back like most other locations. I have received terrible customer service at this location as well. There isn't any other locations close anough to me to simply choose a different one. However the rewards app is great....I highly recommend downloading it to save money.

Just went to the Nevada and Empire location in Spokane and the white guy with a black beard tried to tell me I had to pay extra for the chili and cheese for my hotdogs. been going there for years and have never had this happen.
