Subway

It's not the girls fault, I hope, but my fiance and I are there Thursday night 02/17/2022 and got the most wicked food poisoning we have ever experienced. We had a deli turkey sub with mayo, honey mustard, lettuce, onion, pickle and olive. Just getting over the sickness now. Just want the food to be more thoroughly inspected!

I really hope the owner sees this and does something with their employees. Went here to grab a sub after work and never ever thought I had to describe a Flatbread to subway before and the girls need a lot more training plus the cup they put olives in was contaminated with avocado which with anyone allergic to avocado be aware because they didn't clean the cup before scooping more olives into the same cup. Two of the girls were nice but the girl they brought out was very IMMATURE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I felt like I was dealing with a whiny bratty teenager. This was the very worst subway

Veggie quality is questionable, cross contamination is rampant, there's always meat in the veggies and vice versa. My biggest complaint is that this place is never open when it says it is. I understand being short-staffed as I work in retail, but at this point it's kind of ridiculous. If you're short-staffed, at least put out a sign. It's ridiculous for there to be a whole line of people out front just for an employee to pop out and say "Oh we're closed, sorry." I don't understand how this place has stayed open with all of the issues it has.

Got a sandwich here, they were out of half the stuff I asked for which is understandable. But the girls working here had terrible attitudes and made my sandwich very poorly, with not enough meat and all the sauces piled high in the middle, when I ask for onion she gave me three super thin rings, etc., just a disappointing sandwich, if you will. I had actually mentioned at the beginning of the transaction that im quite blind and was struggling to read the board. At the end I brought my sandwich back, decided this was absolutely not what I paid for and asked for it to be remade. The girl that made it in the first place didn’t even say anything, just ✨literally✨ slapped the sand which down on the counter and walked to back leaving me there for a couple minutes. Another girl comes back, takes a half a second look at it, and says it fine, I watched them make it so it’s my fault. Again, I can’t see. She told me they aren’t remaking it. The attitudes made me super uncomfortable so I just asked for my money back because I don’t really want anything they make for me at this point. They refused, and started walking away with my food, so now I have no food, negative money, and some teenagers making the people around them feel awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff even went to other shops around the food court, calling me certain names I can’t repeat on Facebook. I’ve tried contacting the owners multiple times, they don’t answer or return texts. They are not listed as a business on BBB either, or I would have logged my complaint there.
