Mcdonald's

The bathroom smelled horrible .... I spoke to the manager she says she will yell the maintenance man... But she did not answer the question "when was the last time the bathroom was cleaned? I was with 3 women and myself they went to the bathroom and ran out holding their breath that is unacceptable.... Seats was torn...... Chairs was on topd of tables understood for covid-19.... The chicken nugget was hot and juicy like always... Dirty floors.... Dirty bathroom.... Fast service ... Customer service needs improvement....

This McDonald's do not care about there customers they mixed orders then don't tell the customer.. and after once a few other employees came she try to disrespect me sad a never had a issue 😔 until now your employee is wrong and we don't like that your not on 4th street and they even started to get better.. sad I rate -1 for your employees customer service... paid for extra sausage $10.00 meal bestfriend $8.00 smh hard workers just trying to get morning breakfast..

DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S THEY IGNORED MY CURSIDE PICKUP FOR 30 MINS AND STILL DIDNT ANSWER NO ONE IN DRIVEWAY STILL WAITING FOR MY FOOD AND THE STORE IS ABOUT TO CLOSE YOU GUYS NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT AND MANGERS RUNNING THIS STORE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THEY MADE EVERYONE WAIT SO LONG TILL THEY ALL LEFT AND LET THEIR FRIENDS IN THE STORE WHILE THEY DONT DO ANYTHING AND WHILE OTHER COWORKERS CLOCK OUT

If you're looking for fast food late at night, never come by this McDonald's drive thru. You'll end up waiting for a good 20 minutes to place an order, another 20 to pay for the food you just ordered and another 20 to get the food. It's sounds like an exaggeration but I often come here late night after work and its always the same experience. They are either understaffed or just completely incompetent to work at a fast food restaurant.

I stopped here to get coffee and to attend a meeting on zoom. First problem I had is I asked for cream and sugar they told me it came on the side. They gave me my coffee with no sugar or cream...on the side. I had to go back up and ask for it. Then they gave it to me with nothing to stir it up with.. They had no straws at the drink station. So I had to go back up to ask for something to stir the cream and sugar in my coffee. Second problem,, My laptop battery was getting low. I tried to find a plug that actually worked and I asked the manager. She told me none of the plugs worked. Never coming here again , this McDonald's and the customer service is terrible.
