I like the coffee from Dunkin Donuts so I frequently stop to get coffee and donuts or bagel, what makes the difference is their politeness and keeping everything clean. So they get 5 star for their service and clean establishment.

I actually like this place a lot. The main limitation is related to it's tiny size and lack of a drive through.
During morning rush, it can get very busy and the line can be long. Ordering online is suggested during this time if you are in a hurry. The area to wait for your order is very small and can get cramped, which obviously only applies to sandwiches and drinks that get prepared while you wait.
Bustling staff is generally very good with rare exceptions. Overall a very good place.

I'm going to bring it back up to four stars. Even though it's not a 24hr DD (if they even exist anymore post plandemic), the coffee is always great, employees are friendly, and the food is on point.

Have been bringing my special needs high school students here before grocery shopping trips. Employees and manager have all been very kind and patient. We thoroughly enjoy our Sparta Dunkin stops!

I placed a mobile order pickup from the Dunkin on 15. I couldn’t even drink the coffee because of how bad it tasted. I stopped at this Dunkin’ and asked them if the new winter blend is supposed to be bitter, etc. The young man (early 20’s?) behind the counter said it has hints of ginger snap but not supposed to be bitter. Anyway, he offered to make a new cup of the original blend. I offered to pay but he told me not to worry about it. I thought that was incredibly nice and it turned out to be the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had from a Dunkin. This happened on Jan 12 around 5:45pm. I hope he reads this! Thank you!

I know this is a franchise buy this one is well managed. Staff are friendly and polite. Orders come in a timely manner. This is our local DD and I like it very much.

Walked in this morning to a crew I've never seen before and I come here at least once a week because it's the only dunkin in town. The young girl who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. My latte FINALLY didn't have espresso grounds in it. I really hope they got rid of those rude and nasty other ladies who were working there and frankly making people run for the hills. GREAT experience today :)

Service here is good. Sometimes they are training new employees which is fine. If my order isn't perfect they redo on their own accord. Often meet interesting people here.
