What a great pub! Went to see the Trav & Bek Christmas gig there, music was great and very festive. Staff were really friendly & welcoming. I would definitely go again, 100% recommend.

We gigged here last night as Undivided great crowd, nice pub with lots of space to sit in our out, and really well set up for music. Applaud the land lady doing an amazing job in these hard days, let's keep supporting her! Thanks to all who came last night! Good time x

The Perch has views overlooking Lancing Beach. Theirs meals are varied and delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can eat in but probably need to book as it's very popular. They have a takeaway service which is very good. You can eat it outside on benches or sit on the beach. We'll worth a visit!
