Dunkin'

I ordered "hot chocolate" & got a disgusting pumpkin swirl coffee - took one sip & spit it out. I had to go back again to get the hot chocolate & the pumpkin coffee spilled all over my car. So that is how my day is going - but I can't get mad at the kids at DD because they work hard, are kind & doing the best they can - I hope people are tipping them for their efforts!!

Went through the drive thru to purchase two medium Chai's and was given two small Chai in medium cups. I took a lid off and showed AVERY while trying to tell her they weren't full and they were luke warm at best and she shut the window in my face while I was speaking. Chai is chai and it would have been fine if they would have charged me for smalls and gave me the difference back. I can warm it up when I get home. Take a look at the picture. This is exactly what I showed her when she decided she didn't care. Avery try and speak to the customers about the issue instead of shutting windows in faces. I wasn't rude and simply asked if this is how they are supposed to come because it looked like a small in a medium. Don't have a small amount of customer service in a company that requires a large amount.

Walked into the store around 11:15, there was 5 cars in the drive thru and one person in front of my family and I. I timed it only due to how long it took, it took 18 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My wife ordered a chai tea and after ordering and paying, we were told that they did not have any. Just before the bagel came out (approximately 15 minutes), my wife's food came out and was ice cold. All while we were there, there was a refund given at the window, 2 refunds for my party, and the older woman behind me was able to order an item that the store was apparently out of. Nobody took charge of the situation and everyone seemed to be either disinterested in helping guests, or just not wanting to. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a very long time. This is 2 awful experiences for my family in a 1 week span. Sad to say I will take the massive inconvenience and go somewhere else from here on out.

This is quite honestly the worst Dunkin in the area. I have had multiple 20 minute waits for a breakfast sandwich that comes out raw. Tried to obtain bagel bites got them totally raw and cold. Coffee made totally wrong. Didn't get new ones or a refund 🤣 solid customer service. If you like wasting money go here

This location has become awful. Upper management is to blame. All the kids that work there do a great job but they're severely short staffed. Either the drive thru or lobby needs to be closed because they can't handle both. District manager should be there helping everyday for the morning rush. Used to stop eve everyday but now I'll skip right by because I don't have a half hr to wait for one coffee. They're going to lose more staff from current employees being so stressed and overwhelmed all the time

I have been to this location every morning this week and every time my order has been wrong. Yesterday morning, I mobile ordered 2 sandwiches with double sausage. Given this store's track record, I checked them before I left, and sure enough, they only had one piece of sausage. I should the girl at the register my receipt and she offered to remake them. When I got home, the second set were still made with one piece of sausage. Never again...🤦
