Kfc

Don't waste your time or money. I asked for a knife and fork. They told me they had none and handed me 4 spoons and no napkins. The food is terrible. Usually KFC is a little oilly and your hands are covered in grease. This chicken was so dry that my hands didn't need the napkin that they forgot to give me. The nuggets were still frozen and the chips were the worst I have ever tasted. I don't blame the teenager that served me but I do blame the owner. I didn't expect much from this fast-food giant but the owner should be ashamed of throwing these kids into a job with little to no training just to make a quick buck. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Food is often hit or miss. Last visit we ordered tenders and half were dark brown overcooked and half were fresh and golden. Potato and gravy is always good here. Staff are friendly and mostly helpful. Store needs a revamp- Bit tired looking and sometimes dining room is left untidy for a while. Are usually pretty busy, though.

Was refused service in the drive through because I was on a moped. Went inside to speak to manager and she first ignored me and walked off on me even though I did not raise my voice. It was the most terrible customer service, the manager has disgraceful people skills and a total lack business sense. You don't make money by refusing service to your regular customers. On a personal note, you jokers can go and get f&@#ed...

I have been told by locals this is the worst KFC on the coast, but I think its the worst in Australia, their daily special is a massive serving of “zerofuksgiven“. My limited experience is of the 5 times I have been there, 3 times my order was wrong. Staff were preoccupied with amusing each other. They lack direction and training the food was good but just hurled in the box like they were packing sox for a weekend away, that they would recount their shenanigans to workmates while the customer waiting, scratch their heads and calculate the shortest route to red rooster. Avoid if possibe, if not check you order and be prepared to be kept waiting.
