Mcdonald's

If I could give it something lower I would. The ridiculous wait time was the least of my concern because the service was absolutely terrible. When I arrived at the window to get my food, my order was not correct. The person at the window argued with me about what I had ordered and she was very rude. Because we had already waited over 20 mins I decided not to go back and forth with her and I took my food and left. The food was very cold and no where near fresh. I did call the complaint line & left a message. I have not been contacted back. It has been 3 days. I WILL NEVER VISIT this location again.

The service was horrible. The kids running this location have no personality, they just stare at you with blank expressions. I visited it 2x in the drive thru. I ordered chicken nuggets meal, didn't have fries in the bag, I asked the young lady about it, she said "she only rang up the nuggets" but she gave me a drink😶 which is part of the combo. 2nd visit, I sat at the window, after paying, 15 minutes for my food. The youngsters inside were just standing around or walking back n forth. I was given a small slush when I ordered a medium. At least the young man apologized for his mistake...but also rolled his eyes when I called him out on the mistake. Just horrible. Our world will be jacked up when these youth grow up. Going to hell in a hand basket with gasoline draws on...

I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. The line didn't move for that long and people were waiting even longer than that before me. I thought this place was supposed to be 24/7 all the time, not 24/7 EXCEPT for at 1 am. If you're not going to be 24 hour for the entire 24 hours, then don't advertise that. I get that it's McDonald's, you get what you get, but it's pretty frustrating especially when you just get off a 9 hour shift

Hate McDonald's without a doubt . Every single one of them is nasty as hell in every single state. Food always cold as hell fries most of the time soggy and cold . The employees are rode as what . They just make your food any way they want . They all should close down and be done with it . Very unhappy I wasted my money and the little time I had .
