A really nice Costa with well made drinks, good food and really nice and friendly staff. Perfect location too (just on the inside of West Quay by Waterstones) ✨️

Good experience for a coffee and cake and enjoy a conversation with friends and family so why not give it a try when you go in to your local coffee shop

I was with my two children and they were very accomodating, bringing my drink to my seat

Got here first thing so it was pretty quiet but soon developed quite a queue. Coffee was very strong for my liking and I should have asked them to leave a bit more room for more milk. That being said they did remember to shake the oat milk before pouring (if you know, you know) and were happy to provide more when I asked.

Shout out to Cody who makes the best Iced tea, I’ve been to other Costas before but not as good as the one she made. She is always friendly kind and helpful. I have to say she is a credit to costa you’re lucky to have her she is amazing!!

The staff were wonderful . The card machine had gone down and could only take cash , the queue was long but they all kept their calm and were remarkable. Hats off to them . It was tough .

A range of smaller and larger tables ideal for those looking to do a spot of work whilst having a fee hot drinks. Unlike the lower floors 5g and 4g reception works well up here.
Drinks are standard Costa so decent coffees and tea in a pot!
I agree with some of the comments that cleanliness is not brilliant. I went when it was quiet so no real excuse for tables not being wiped down but I guess their staff are probably still learning the ropes.
