This location has gotten slower over the last few months. They need some serious help

My wait wasn't long, but the food was dry and burnt and the BoBerry Biscuit is hard as a rock. I can't believe I paid $6 for this. The only reason i gave it two stars was because the staff was very polite.

Came in to place an order and was told it would be 15 min wait as they had to make chicken. I said ok and placed my order. After waiting 30 mins they come out and tell me my sides are going to take another 30 mins to make as they are out of potatos and rice. It is 3:30 in the afternoon so you cant blame the lunch rush. Why are you out of everything and only making 1 dish at a time. 5 customers waiting in line and several just ask for money back and left.

Welp my very first time having Bojangles and Welp I could have continued life without it. 4 tenders super small large dry biscuit and salty but flavorful dirty rice. I will not eat it ever again taste like nothing..if you have ever tasted nothing then you know. The staff was friendly/impatient but what you expect from colored people. Thanks for the experience.

They closed early, but the manager was so nice and took my order, the chicken is good plus the hot sauce is great on the chicken

When I order a biscuts and gravy from here, I would EXPECT it to be like every other BoJangles....already cut gravy on top and in a little container....NOT THIS PLACE.....they wrap the biscuts, put the gravy in a small container...THROW it in the bag, and to top it all off.....THROW YOUR BAG AT YOU ON THE COUNTER!!! OH, AND HERE'S THE BEST PART.....I thought she was going to keel over because she had to get me butter and jelly!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!! THIS is what they expect me to put my biscuts and gravy in!! 😤😤😠😠

The service at this Bojangles is terrible . I went for breakfast this morning and asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. For starters the biscuit was not warm , cheese was not melted and egg was freezing . I asked for Bo rounds and received fries and to make matters worst i didn’t even get a straw for my drink. The lady in the drive thru didn’t even speak to me . Definitely was not worth my money .

Wear gloves when preparing the food , I asked for Pepsi and the ticket says Pepsi and I got tea other than that it’s fine ,
