The woman working here should not be in customer service. We didn’t see that the drink we ordered came with whipped cream. I have a dairy allergy. We asked if they could remake it without the whipped cream and the woman flat out said no, you need to pay for a new drink. Absolutely zero hospitality. Horribly miserable human.

Popped in quick for a coffee and also ended up getting their new egg bites. The woman working was solo and an absolute SWEETHEART.
The coffee was burnt, but that's the general norm for me with Dunks. The egg bites however were DELISH- definitely competition for Starbucks.

This is the worst Dunkin ever. Just came here and the women yelled at me about trying to order two medium iced coffees when that is not what I said. She then priced to yell “whole milk at me” instead of actually trying to take my order.

I just popped into this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time and am very impressed so far. The store is clean and well-organized. As an example of their good service, I noticed that they are offering a sale on Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I asked if they had whole bean, and they said that while they do not, they would buy it for me on the next order. I share the sentiment of previous commenters. The staff members seem personable and attentive to customer needs.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I was yelled XENOPHOBIC remarks from whoever was the cashier on August 25, 2021 at 8:10 PM. The elderly woman refused to take my order and kept yelling (yes, yelling!) that I was saying my order wrong. I've ordered from many Dunkin Donuts all around Boston and have never had such an incident. Absolutely disrespectful and shameful service!!

How many Dunks does it take to get to the center of a donut? Two by my estimation, but come hell or high water, I will continue my research.
