Always come here and polite to the crew but they’re just RUDE each time. Especially Racheal Taylor. Makes the experience horrible!!

Oh dear. The male clerk at the dunkin counter this afternoon needs some training. He was exceptionally rude for no reason. I was missing an item and just asked about it since obviously I paid for it. It’s a shame because the ladies that work here are sweet as can be. The other worker should learn from them.

Someone spit in my coffee this morning. I was perfectly polite to the workers but lo and behold I went to drink my coffee and there was a giant sludgy loogie in it. I feel so violated. I have no idea what they could have against me other than I ordered a sandwich with sausage in it and maybe they were vegans or it was against their religion or something(?) either way they should have left me out of it. I will not be going back there.

Amazing service. I ordered an iced coffee and got it before I could even get a straw and it was well mixed too. Staff is sometimes under scheduled, but in my experience are always kind and even at the oddest times are relatively fast. The Dunkin is split with a minimart and is frequently empty.

The manager Karim is so professional and kind, such a hard worker and will make anything right with a customer to make their transaction satisfying. Thank you so so much!!!!!

Not open at five thirty ever. Does not know the difference between light, dark and regular. And continuously serves raw food then will argue with you about it. The only time the workers do their job efficiently is when the general manager is there. Edited : 1/13/18- Have gotten better.
