I don't order often from this Dunkin', only when I'm desperate. I always do a mobile order. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've done the mobile order to this location. Every time, the espresso drink I order is just iced coffee watered down with a ton of ice, cream, and sugar, and not the drink I wanted. Take the time and get it right the first time.

Hard pass, especially since there's a starbucks right up the street and they're about the same price. The reason?
I live up the road; for a long time me and anyone I've lived with have joked that this Starbucks is cursed to only hire people who get orders wrong. I'd say that *maybe* 20% of the orders are actually correct. Since the start of COVID, not only are they allergic to getting orders wrong, but I think I have seen an employee correctly wearing a mask once. Not to mention their staff is a constant carousel. Each time I step foot in there, there's someone new I've never once seen before, ready to get my order wrong.

This location does not allow you to use your dunkins rewards or coupons, they will not honor any deals that they clearly advertise on their walls & they will over charge you if you don't pay attention to the prices & if you bring it to the managements attention they just say the register is broke. They have new employees literally everyday and half of them are burnouts who continuously forget items that you paid for. I have had to go back so many times in the past 2 months for them forgetting parts of my order. There employees suck & the way they conduct business is disgusting

I love Dunkin' in general, and this one happens to be on my route, but alas, I can't stop here for coffee anymore! For some reason their coffee lids are terrible. The lid actually slopes inward, making it impossible to drink while driving. Never seen any lid like it, even at other Dunkins. Two stars, only because the ladies behind the counter are so nice.

I love this Dunkin. Visit it regularly the service is fast and friendly. There is however an employee who goes by the name Swastika. That's not a joke. Good for a laugh and she's not German of you were wondering.

Always had good experiences here in the past, but the woman who prepared my food today wore her mask like a chinstrap and no gloves. I had to throw everything in the microwave when I got home to kill anything that could’ve gotten on it.
