The Pub

Fantastic Wings! Heard about their wings on Reddit and did not disappoint. The wings are cooked perfectly and the grilling after the frying is a nice touch. These are not super saucy but don’t need to be because the chicken is so good! As far as vibe, this is def a super local bar. If you’re looking for fancy this is not your spot but if you want an authentic experience with great bar food and awesome service you can’t get much better.

Filled with locals, The Pub is one of the more towny pubs in Somerville and its a great spot for after work beers. Wouldn't really be coming here for dinner or a meal but if you want to pound some beers with local Somerville firefighters, police and teachers after work this is the spot to be. The wings here are something else, they fry and grill them and they are amazing. Other than Buffs in Watertown this is one of my favourite spots for wings in the greater Boston area. Order everything from the bar, if it's not your style then don't come here. The service in my experience has been great.

I came here to watch a game and enjoy a nice order of wings. Instead I watched the first half of the game on my phone because the staff was too incompetent to change the correct tv. I waited entirely too long for food/drinks. I wish the wings tasted good but the horrendous service filled my mouth instead. I waited more than 15 minutes at the bar for water. But that gave me plenty of time to marvel at all the health code violations while I was being ignored by the staff. I’ve never seen a group of individuals so insanely lazy. If you love waiting and getting no service this is the place for you!
