Kfc

I was there the week of may 18th 2022. The chicken was fried perfect. Almost like you'd think Col. Sanders did. As far as I can remember, I haven't had it cooked so well as this day. I've been going to this one in Somerset for five years. I wonder if it's something new. I'll have to try it out again or ask the staff. I came here to see if anyone else commented.

Ordered KFC. Order was wrong. Ordered the chicken box with 3 sides (Mac and cheese x2 and mash potatoes and gravy). Got two orders of fries. How does someone mess up fries with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Also found a hair in the sand which. So gross and disappointing. They’ve always got my order wrong everytime I’ve been there

Tonight we went to KFC and ordered two meals. My husband went in to order because the drive thru was backed up and wasn’t moving. He’s in there for nearly 30 minutes. We get home and I have half my meal. One piece of chicken and one side. I call and ask to speak to a manger. She informed me I had to bring my meal back for them to correct it. I have a three and four year old which I explained to the manager and by the time we got them home they were ready to eat not load back up in the car to go back for us to return my meal. She kept saying to correct it I had to return it. Never once apologized for the inconvenience. We will not return to this location. I understand it is difficult to find staff right now but an apology for their mistake is not too much to ask for.
