Taco Bell

It's really a hit-or-miss at this location. It's improved in recent years with a change in management but unfortunately when the pandemic hit it went right back to square one. Sometimes we've had great service with the occasional mistake (it's the only Taco Bell in the area, it's busy, so I don't really mind the occasional mistake. I know some of the employees in there are trying their best), but sometimes we've waited half an hour for a simple, small order. Of course, it doesn't help when half of the people who order end up leaving before getting their food, messing up the order system, but I digress. They're extremely understaffed (not the fault of the employees--bosses, PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE!!), so there've been times where they have had to close for a half-hour while the only employee in the building goes on break. It's a fine restaurant. It just needs a LOT of work.

24 minutes to get our food, even after we changed our order to avoid waiting. They pulled us around to the front & I’m pretty sure forgot about us. We counted 7 cars after us get their food and leave. Awful service. We gave up on waiting and demanded a refund. Lucky for them my husband is nicer than me and accepted our food after waiting instead of a refund.

If you are all about covid and enjoy being told you are not allowed in then this is your place. For me it's personal because I drive a vehicle to big to go through the drive through and I've been eating healthier and healthier since all the covid stuff started so that is a win for me. I'm not going to give my business to places that don't want it. They always seem to be so happy to tell you that you can't come in. All fast food just about has bad service and bad employees. I'm truthfully afraid to eat at most places because everyone is disgruntled and I worry what they will do to my food.

I had been looking for a KFC/Taco Bell since they closed the Tower City location. I finally found this one and was excited until I got to the speaker. While ordering, I was rudely interrupted by a woman who told me the wait for Extra Crispy would be 30mins and next time I should preorder before coming. I settled for the original 12 piece family meal. When I got to the window I was asking if I could add a cup of cheese and again the woman yelled above the drive thru worker to tell me there was no add ons and I’d have to go back through the DT since the inside is still closed. I was then told to pull into a parking spot so I would get off their timer. I wanted a refund but I knew my family was hungry so I waited for the food. The chicken was cold and dry and there was only one gravy for the two mashed potato sides. I won’t be back and regret coming. The workers seemed tense and I'm sure I know why. The woman was very mean and overbearing and all I wanted was chicken and to be treated like a human. Avoid.
