Arby's

Overall, food is amazing. There has only been maybe once or twice I've gotten food where maybe the fries wasn't "as hot" as I thought or somethin, but other than that, they really take the time to make sure u always have your order right and fresh. The prices are steep and definitely need to be re-evaluated, but other than pricing, it's a great place to go. Unlike some fast food places, you wait and wait in the drive-thru or they ask you to "pull up" and when u get your food it's cold and thrown together. Not here! If they ask u to pull up, u better believe your food will be fresh even after having to wait. If the rating was 2 different ratings for food and pricing, the food would definitely get a 5 star, but since it's altogether I gave 4 stars just b/c I feel like it's a lil over-priced .

They need some help out there at Arby's yall, they are slamming sammiches in bags with attitudes and four people behind the counter. I understand that we all have bad days and I don't know what you may be going thru, just know this I am being nice today. I am on my lunch break i came for a meal to continue on thru my shift. Don't ever slam my food in my bag like that again, or I won't be so nice next time . They need proper training. Lack of emplos might be a thing, but could possibly be resoved with PROPER TRAINING. Not someone who throws your food in the bag like it's trash!! I work hard for my money!! Treated like crazy is not the answer. Fix this!!!!

Went Through drive thru,the chicken tenders in my sliders where definitely older than 30 minutes old. —-(hard as a rock!!) The Crinkle fries were also old, i know the three other customers in front of me had to of gotten old food too The shake i got wasn’t how i ordered it ,and ended up being the best item out of my meal. Disgrace!
