Red Rooster

Every single time I visit with out a doubt Catrina greets you wether it be in drive through or at the counter with a smile. She is extremely friendly and nicely spoken. You can even hear her friendliness in her voice at the drive through speaker. Today I observed her see a lady sit down at a table that was a little dirty and she quickly ran from behind the counter and asked of she could wipe it over for her. She doesn't just demonstrate a regular customer service standard to every customer but sets a very high standard. Way above expectation! She even remembers frequent customers and has jokes with them. She is a huge asset to your company and is the main reason why we return to eat there! Please pass onto her to keep up the hard work and friendly persona and we look forward to seeing her friendly face next time. kind regards Brad.

Relaxing an home enjoy a nice day off and I decide to order red rooster, yet they couldn’t even put every one of my 5 items in the box. I called up and they told me to drive in to get it, Are you high or something? Do you think I ordered Uber eats to come in and collect the items you messed up? Appalling customer service! I will be coming in to get my mouse and whatever compensation you’re manager sees fit to add to my order as an apology. 🙄

Friendly lady behind the counter, service was fast, food was 'mostly' tasty (they put way, WAY too much salt on the chips- which then transferred over onto my 1/4 piece of chicken making that taste salty too). I didn't have time to wait for my food to be remade therefore I didn't bother complaining, I just ate it. ~If Red Rooster happens to read this:- can you please ease up on the salt; I usually love Red Rooster chips for the seasoning salt used, but obviously way too much was used to season the chips on Monday 17/06/2019)... everything else was great, except for the mobs of salt. Cheers. 😉👍

Visiting Cairns for the 1st time. Fresh off the plane hungry and couldn’t find Anywhere open for some food except for RR. We don’t normally enjoy RR to be completely truthful but this was absolutely 10/10 amazing We had an older lady serve us and she was bloody expcetional!! Made sure we were 100% satisfied with our food we didn’t wait Any longer than 5 minutes before the food was ready and rather than standing at the counter pointing at the bag and saying “here’s your food” she walked up to us put the food down said “I’m so terribly sorry about the wait” (we didn’t even wait for long at all!!) and told us to drive safely and be careful of some of the roads that can be quite dangerous to drive on this time of year. We were so beyond shocked at the beautiful service and actually very fresh and delightful food. A few more customers came in while we were eating and she had the same service with them also. This lady needs a pay rise!!

Ordered our meals and ordered 12 CHEESY NUGGETS . After receiving our food we had only just left the Smithfield Suburb and noticed we didn’t even have the Cheesy nuggets so we went back in through the drive thru as we did the first time and They gave us the nugget bag and apologised. We open the bag only to realise they WERE NOT CHEESY NUGGETS. They gave us Regular nuggets and at that stage there was no point going back a second time even tho they charged us extra for the cheesy nuggets, would not recommend this red rooster, but other than that the food they DID remember had no issues

Thought I would give RR a try again, and RR still continue to disappoint. Ordered sweet potatoes chips, their speciality promotion!! Disgusting, soggy, over salted, over cooked, shrivelled up - not sure what they were suppose to be but was not fresh chips. More $$ down the drain .Decided once & for all to spend my money elsewhere and totally give up on RR providing tasty fresh chips. ☹️
