Just a sad experience with this restaurant today. The young man at drive thru just took my card without saying one word, shoved my drink at me and walked away. I waited several minutes before receiving my sandwich and then he slammed the window closed without comment.
This behavior made me wonder what happens behind the scenes, so I just tossed the food in the nearest trashcan. Can't trust people who act like they hate everyone to be scrupulous in preparation or cleanliness.

Terrible customer service, the person on the drive thru mic didn’t sound welcoming, also didn’t greet me at the drive thru, just looked… grabbed my card and told me to go to the side of the building. Im only putting this here because I’m a business owner myself and I know the problem can improve, but at this time customer service is highly poor. Not a happy customer

One of the few Hardee’s that still serve fried chicken. Sometimes I drive down from Richmond to get me some of their fried chicken. The other chicken places have skimped on their portions and quality varies from store to store. This chicken is consistently the best. I choose this Hardee’s chicken over the other dedicated fried chicken establishments any day. The only downside is the drive through is slow, but when you drive an hour and half, what’s another 10 minutes.

Stopped in before work and got my combo meal. The lady was rushing me and when I got to the window she didn't speak at all and grabbed my card from me and was very inpatient. My burger was so messy and nasty and only thing was ok was the frys!!

Amazing people work there, really care about nice customers. Be nice to people and they will be nice to you. Golden Rule!

Last 2 x we went, we didn't get all of the Food we ordered. We go at least 2 x a week. Short staffed.
