Panda Express

5/18/22. 7:45p.m. 1st time here. We heard about this place through some family an decided to try them. Food was good, however service was not the greatest. After I fumbled through ordering 4 things, the guy just starting saying "we're out of that". When I told him I will just take 2 of some of the things I had ordered he just continued to say they were out of them now. So I paid for what I ordered an left.

The only reason it's 3 stars and not 5 is because I usually order on the app and the Super Greens, while always amazing, are never available and have to be cooked after I arrive. If it were to be cooked for freshness each time, I would understand, however, I don't believe that to be the case. I normally wait an additional 15 minutes after my requested arrival time on the app before I get my food. I've tried to set my arrival time for earlier and then arrive 15 minutes late just to avoid this situation, however, it seems this doesn't change the delay. I hate how good the Super Greens are because they are the main reason I come.

Went here around 8. We were in several cars from another city and they told us the lobby is closed. We cannot eat together as a family going through the drive through. No indicator that the lobby closes at a certain time just kicked us out along with several others. This is incredibly disappointing. I am not sure I will return.

I ordered Uber eats today from this Panda Express store #2394 and it is literally the worst I've seen at any Panda Express. The store didn't offer to replace my order and the Corporate Office said its Uber Eats Responsibility to give me a refund. The spring rolls are not edible, they are well over cooked and something is stuck to one.The Egg roll is well over cooked ,the noodles are literally burnt , Grilled Teriyaki Chicken is burnt and the walnut shrimp is all stuck to eachother in a ball. I wish I can post the pictures here...this food is nasty and not edible...The team leader at the store said there's no manager and that they are under alot of pressure making poor excuses for bad quality food....never again will I order food here... If you order thru UberbEats just know that you will be burnt out of your money and meal if it's as bad as this is

I really like Panda Express but I’m giving it a 3 star due to customer service. When I called someone picked up the phone they just said “hello” and then again with an annoyed voice “Helloooooo”…..I totally thought I called someone’s personal number by accident (which shouldn’t have been an accident since I clicked on the phone number on google). Anywho I know Panda Express employees can do better by at least saying “Panda Express how can I help?”…it’s easy
