Pita Pit

First off, I use to love this place. Went there today and received theeeee WORST service. Ordered 2 pitas and drinks and it was $40. They tried giving me only 1 pita. Told her we had 2, then proceeds to tell me they’re both the same order when they were 2 completely different pitas. Then forgets our drinks. The pita completely fell apart when I unwrapped it. All my veggies and meat landed right on my lap. They didn’t even try wrapping the veggies and meat with the pita, Literally shoved the veggies and meat in and called it good. Not worth the cost.

We ordered 2 pitas and 2 chips on-line. Picked up at south Minnesota location. Opened our sack at a near by park and "only" had the pitas, no chips. 1 phone call and the manager delivered our missing chips to the park along with extra chips and 2 waters. How many restaurants would do that ?.......So impressed !!!!!!

Apparently, Mike, the supposed manger at this location deemed it more necessary to play with his friends in the parking lot than do what he is payed to do. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru while watching him serve folks inside that were there after me, how do I know? There were no vehicles in the lot prior to. After opening my wrap, it is beyond wrong and considerably smaller than what the usual wrap is. I will not patronize this location again. What a shame.

Had to call them almost 20 minutes after I paid for and placed an order and spoke to someone named Carrie. They were super rude and off putting and said that they only started the order since I called. They also left off all of my sauces and didn’t add several of the toppings I requested and paid for.
