Wendy's

Ordered 4 things, a burger, 10 piece nugget, and 2 frostys, only 1 other couple in the store at the time, waited 20 minutes for our order and than when we got home, we got the burger, but instead of a 10 piece nugget we got a small fry in a large nugget box, how do you take 20 minutes on a 4 item order. Honestly would have taken a large fry instead of a 10 piece nugget if they didnt have any left but they literally gave us barely any in the first place. And not to mention the dirty looks the kid behind the register kept giving us too. Not my first bad experience.

Incredibly rude staff and didn't recieve most of my order. My bags were giving to me stacked inside of each other by an employee who glared at me the entire time and ignored me. I understand being busy, but when you have a customer that approaches you kindly and friendly there's no reason to treat them like garbage because you're having a rough day. So unprofessional and rude!

At 6:30 PM on a Saturday we walked to the doors and they were locked, yet the sign showed dining room open til later. Okay, fine, we'll do drive thru. We pull up and the girl goes "We're closed" no explanation or apology. How are you closed this early on a weekend? We just saw a car pull away from the drive thru window?!

Location had a small line for the drive-thru, but excessive wait, almost 10 minutes. Only words spoken to me at either window were my total and change amount. When handed my bags they felt a bit light, so I pulled over to check and found I had been shorted 2 medium fries and no ranch sauce for the nuggets. Checked receipt and it did have the 2 missing fries and the ranch. So I go inside to get the items I'm owed only to be met with annoyance and the smallest medium fries I've ever seen. I love Wendy's, but won't be going here again.

The slowest wendys I have ever been to. Staff looked at my receipt 3 times and checked my items before placing in the bag, I left with my food and got a plain burger instead of a baconator which I customized and added more than just bacon. I saw customers leave because the counter was unattended and at one point the staff member went out the door with an order then immediately back inside with it. It's like nobody knows what they are doing

Waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes, got to the microphone to order was told to hold on another 5 minutes, kid on microphone would not speak clearly or even loud enough to he when I said I couldn't hear him got an attitude, so much more don't feel like typing, but maybe try Arby's right next door
