Going there today on Sunday. I know how hectic the Payalebar branch was on Sunday, but still come there and bring all my colleagues and I want to recommend my friend about the food but the first experience is the man staff who arrange the table and the order, I know the rules at sg for ordering food cannot be so many people but can tell and explain nicely ..I been living here for 9 years, first experience going to restaurant and the staff really throwing bad words .. Customer going there to support your business not for asking for free.. now I don’t want to recommend about the place anymore..

Dear Owner of Gado & Grill, Fyi, my disappointed with a huge surprised that your signature Gado Gado serve without Kerupok if packet out, I’m unsure if this Paya Lebar cashier is lazy or due to rental the Kerupok is minor off from the menu? Some outlets has small packet if needed extra pay 50c? Could this method be improve? Or might as well change the name without Gado & Grill? Lucky thing is one of your chef staff had the initiative to top up the crackers for me. Please ask your customer if they want chili before topping into the Gado, it turns soils and too hot to eat. By the way this is my 2nd time patronising your outlets at Paya Lebar, it’s good business but payment methods has to be convenient to customers not always pay by cash? Who’s going to have the time to draw ✍️ cash in a modern Singapore or in rush to find ATM? Why don’t you opt Favepay and Nets available?
