Jun Restaurant

Reserved a table here on a Sunday night to celebrate my future father-in-law’s birthday. We ordered the Four Heavenly Kings (a vegetable dish sautéed with sambal), steamed baby squid, scallops with asparagus and xo sauce and the wagyu tasting platter. All the dishes were very well-executed, especially the Four Heavenly Kings and wagyu tasting platter. Jem also looked after us really well. Managed by Creative EATeries, this restaurant is located within the hotel Capri by Fraser. It specialises in “zi char” dishes, some (like the wagyu tasting platter) with a modern twist. We were pleasantly surprised at how tasty everything was. Jem even arrived for a cake on the house to celebrate my future father-in-law’s birthday. Was a wonderful meal and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend for locals and tourists alike.

Excellent food and service. All the people working in the restaurant are great, polite and willing to explain anything you might ask about the menu. I had the pleasure to meet Jem who's working there and he always had the patience and kindness to make me feel comfortable in the restaurant. Great food with many options from local and western dishes.

A la carte lunch buffet at 29.90+/pax is a very good deal. Food was great, ingredients fresh and dishes overall were flavorful. Would visit again. Food selection was wide enough, and portion size was decent as well. We tried 10 dishes and only issue we had was that the fried mee sua was a bit oily. Stand out dishes: Prawn paste chicken, fried fish noodle soup, cereal prawns, drunken wine prawns.
