The food is enjoyable. It serves halal food. However it can seem overpriced and the employees have considerable power over the preparation of your food. This might be a concern to some as the food chain has differet rates for different sizes and that not all of us carry a tape measure where ever we go. So the sizing and the amount of the portions given are up to the employees to follow the standard sizing.

Subway's most outlets are very much the same. The ingredients are fresh and bread a good. The only difference is the people on the job. I would like to mention this one i went to at Penang Road Visioncrest i think, is very good and consistent. The one at Bishan junction 8 is really horrible. I don't like to use this word but it is the exact description. One of the local staff there works according to her temperaments. When there is a long queue, she tends to do the fillings haphazardly. She puts two scoops of chicken teriyaki on a footlong which is right but her scoop is half of two-thirds filled but she argues that she is right. We are not going to argue over such a small matter but her attitude really spoils our lunch time.
