Kfc

Used kfc app to order at 5pm. When i arrived at 4.58.pm. Food was already at the collection counter with the receipt stating 4.45pm. I asked the staff why the receipt states that and he mentioned is just because of the system and assured me the food was just served. The food was cold when I tried it. APR 29 2022

Would give 0 stars if i could. Staff pushed me as I was returning and clearing my tray into the bin, and asked me to stop. Didnt understand what she was doing, aren’t we encouraged to return our trays? Did she think i was stealing her job, maybe someone can ask her? Helping her do her job because the outlet is very dirty, somehow we get scolded for this. Please fix this. Outlet is rather dirty and not cleaned up. Floor is sticky and self return bins are almost all full. Several tables have drinks spilled over them but no one cleaned the tables. No toilet paper in the toilets. Management can do better with this outlet, they seem very understaffed. Staff can’t be bothered to help customers as they are stretched thin and honestly have no incentive to do so.

Poor service by the staff during the International Fried Chicken Day Promotion during dinner hours. Even though we have to queue for the promotion instead of using the machine for order, we were only told that there were not enough chicken for us when we reach the cashier front (instead should pre-empt customers should they run out of chicken promotion, as it saves time for all parties). What's even worse is that we will have to wait up to 1.5hours for all other orders even for a "fast food" chain!? As much as we hope it's a grab and go, don't you think it's called a FAST FOOD chain for a reason? Thumbs down for such services and waste of potential customer's time by a well-known international franchise! -1/10

super poor service. took at least 10 minutes before i could even order. there was very little customers and there was a reasonable amount of staff and yet they could not take my order. when i first arrived, they closed all the counters, expecting all customers to pay via cashless methods. what about those who can only pay about cash? just really terrible customer service. 0/10.

I could not resist to write about KFC. Their food quality in SG has serious issues. I see no improvement in last 10 years and it’s deteriorating. Rude staff, stale food, old orders are warmed and served. Lettuce in burger was rotten, bun was hard. Unfortunately had to buy food again from fast food next door.
