Is this a joke? By placing the cones just at the gantry. Cars will go down the slope only to find that they cannot pass through. The loud humming sounds coming from the generators, especially at night, are creating noise pollution and disturbing the peace of surrounding residential dwelling. Please look into this matter urgently and take immediate action. Thanks
