Chose GrabFood's self pickup option and was alerted that the food was ready. I gave myself a few more minutes before heading down the outlet to collect the food. Arrived at the location, two employees were chatting behind the counter and when approached requesting for my order pickup, one of them said "Still doing" when they were just about to start preparing my order.
When there are ongoing orders, employees are expected to execute the orders promptly and adhere to the SLA set by the management. If it was a busy period, I could understand but there was no waiting customer except me.

Horrible service from the staff by charging me $6 for extra meat when I only asked for a little bit more and they did not even give me refund. The new staff are also really rude towards the customers. It is definitely the last time I go there to get my subway.

Both the ladies working have always been rude and inefficient (unable to deal with delivery orders and on-site customers simultaneously)

Just another local Subway. Staffs were efficient, good housekeeping and usual Subway sandwiches - fresh crispy greens and great breads. Closes too early though at 9pm. But weren't rushed out at all. Perhaps the mall as a whole should close at 10PM. Otherwise everyone suffers

Very friendly and efficient service. I'm glad to see them offering a loyalty card again. We've been going there for over ten years and some of the same staff are still there. This indicates to us that it is a well run franchise.

Very bad and rude staff ! No regard for Safe distancing rules. Such places usually will lead to next Centers of outbreak !
