I would give No Star if there is an option. I was at this outlet to enquire why the vouchers sent via email doesn’t work. Staff called Manager and still couldn’t resolve. Asked me to email the app help email. Then I queued to order despite not having any discount. No staff attended to me although I’m the only one in the queue. Staff went to clear tables when there is not dine in customer. What is he thinking? I walked off without ordering. This used to be my favourite outlet before renovation. Now the service sucks so much that I won’t go unless desperate for a salad fix. Management, please buck up!

Worst SaladStop outlet! Extremely rude service. They kept rushing you when there is no one in the queue, look away when talking to you and when it finally comes to payment, the cashier grab your receipt from your hands mutter some sentences like a robot and when you ask them what they said, they give you more attitude. The Cashier was the worst of them all, young Singaporean kid with dyed blonde hair who shouldn’t be in any customer facing role.

Ordered a quinoa bowl as a take away only to discover burnt quinoa in my bowl when I got home!! I mean, they clearly saw it was burnt, why add it to the salad? A week before that, staff forgot to add quinoa to the bowl entirely and when I reminded them, they just dumped it on top of my mixed salad instead of mixing it all together. DYI I suppose. It’s a shame as I like salad stop but GWC store quality is getting worse by the day

Ordered 3 vegetarian salads (2 wraps and one bowl) from Great World City Salad Stop - order number 1596. We specifically also double checked that all food was vegetarian and the server confirmed this. When we got home, we found a piece of salmon inside the wrap and had to throw the food. This clearly suggests a lack of hygiene and adherence to the food serving standards set out by the Singapore government. Raw meat and fish MUST be segregated from vegetables. This place is therefore NOT suitable for anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies or religious food restrictions given they do not care about ensuring food is kept clean and uncontaminated. Particularly during Covid-19, we need to be more careful about this sort of contamination. This is not only offensive to people who are strict vegetarians, the lack of hygiene standards should be reported. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
