Thumb up to RAMEA? Sry I couldn't rmb his name exactly. He was very friendly and with good attitude when assigning seat to customers. The cashier DAVID maybe should improve his attitude towards new customers. Not all the customers should appreciate coffee or know how to use the starbucks app. He raised his voice during my ordering session. Obviously I'm new to the app and not sure how the app works. God bless I still managed to redeem birthday cake and a medium hot signature choco. Successful brand dont retain customer, but good customer service do. Thanks!

It was great. It was full so the tables remained uncleaned till we informed the staff to get it cleaned. There were just two spots available but there was no queue. When I posted photograph of Starbucks at Jurong Point on Sunday, it got 14,000 views overnight. We had caramel cuppachino ,which was alright. This Starbucks has an area with sofas, an area with chairs and outside area which can be hot on sunny days is facing Boon Lay MRT Station track. A staff named David helped us take our photographs. I chatted with my friend for 1 hour as there was no queue and nobody wanted to use our seats.

Situated on the second floor in the middle of Jurong Point Shopping center is a nice place to hang out with friends, work online or just chill over a nice cup of coffee and relax. Nice rustic ambiance and nice group of staff. Overall I find this place clean with staff going regularly to clean the table and keep the area clean.

Poor customer service on recent visit. Staff shouted for my name a few times before I realised and gave a bad attitude. When I reached the counter. my order was not completely ready. My drink was ready but my cake was not. So I had to wait for a while for them to prepare the cake. The staff is a Malay man who wore long sleeves, without spectacles. I hope he would receive the appropriate customer service training as he is on the front line, is representing Starbucks and it makes a difference to the customers’ experience. I think the quality of service does not justify the price I am paying. Honestly, they could have a better system like the bubble tea shops which shows customer’s order number when they are ready instead of shouting angrily at customers. It is a cafe and there’s music and conversations going on, so why the unpleasant tone to a customer in such a chill atmosphere. Not very on brand. This is my first disappointing experience at Starbucks even though I have visited this branch a few times. Anyway, I wrote my feedback to Starbucks on 2 March 2021 and they generated an auto response. I am still waiting for them to get back to me on this matter. In addition, the reload function on the Starbucks app was not working too. I hope they look into it and solve the issue. Thank you for reading.
