Starbucks

Generally Starbucks standards of service and food are quite predictable and standard. But this particular branch service is terrible. They are not even welcoming customers. They are plenty of empty seats (see photo) and they don't even allow my wife and I to enter. The guy at the entrance just brushed us off. Worst employee ever. I suggest you better off walk down to the other end of the building to Greyhound cafe. The service staff are great. Nice comfortable setting. And the foods were great.

Popular cafe serving you-know-what, spent a full hour here and also checked out other cafes in the same basement. Can say that this one got everything right, from the layout of its seats (feel more spacious due to social distancing), ambiance, down to the lighting which allows me to read in comfort. There's a queue to get in compared to no or less queues at other cafes, on a Saturday mid-morning so do take note.

What again?? What is wrong with you Starbucks ? Pure Matcha is my Starbucks favourite and now twice in a row you make it wrong again very watery milky and no match taste at all!!! Can someone in the management do something? Is the most expensive matcha on the go and is actually everything but matcha! Refund!!!
