Great to also have this fast food chain in Changi Airport terminal 4. If you are looking for budget meal while waiting for your flight, this is the place to go. Beware that they are using mainly automated ordering kiosk now, so if you use cash you have to be processed twice (unlike other Mcdonald's that has partial manual ordering). To order using cash > get "invoice" to pay > ask staff for payment > get "receipt" > wait for receipt number to be called > enjoy your meal! Hope this helps.

Food is on par with other McDonald's, but this location is poorly designed. Too few self-service ordering signs and last time the cashier directed me to proceed to a sign which had a long line. Service isn't that great here. Much better in other terminals. Though, I am happy there's a McDonald's. Just wish conditions were better.

This is McDonald's. Do not expect more. There used to be a time when mcdonalds serve fast food FAST. Now that's all gone. They have auto machines to take your orders and after that it's all wait. This McDonald's is pretty crowded during peak hours. So beware. The auto machines are much slimmer than the ones elsewhere. Pretty cool.

the quality of the food here is really bad. order 2 bbq beef with egg burger and the egg was so dried n it is so hard n chewy to eat. I supposed the fried egg was cooked and kept too long in the warmer. please take a look. Have my meal on 12/7/19 @ 1030pm. Lastly if you were to appoint someone at the cashier please assure this persin jad the ability to handle. when i place my order in the first place she need to go into the kitchen to get aomeone oit to help. when I go for the second time to place a large cup of drink, she again had to get assistant and here came a tall and skinny malay girl and she eventually replied very unhappy way telling me no large size. Is it very difficult to help your colleague? poor auntie jad been appoint at the cashier where she is not familiar with the cashier.
