Personally, this is currently the best hotpot place in Singapore to me, amid considerations of service, price point, food quality, portions, broth standards, and condiments. Their shark cartilage collagen soup is just irresistibly delicious, and I’m always left feeling very satisfied after the meal. Another broth that’s really good would be the nourishing herbal mushroom broth. The lime slushie served at the end of each meal is also very refreshing and cleanses the palate well. All in all, a wonderful place to eat at with amazing variety of ingredients! Another notable plus point for the KINEX branch would be their outdoor playground — it boasts a super fun and long slide, which my son went on and on.

Premium hotpot. Nice spacious place, not too noisy even when filled with diners. Nice ambience. Gotten a nice booth seat for small group. 😯Wide range of things on sauce station. Good thing with relaxed SMM measures, can make own concoction of dips😅. I like the tangy Thai Chilli too!👍 🍉 Fruits will be watermelon, rockmelon and dragonfruit. 🔥Soup base were really good, very strong in flavour.👍 The ingredients were fresh however the cuts were bigger in size, chunkier vs other hotpot places. 🤔 Fish slices, shitake mushroom and handmade fishballs were huge imo. Meat items and pork liver 👍. 🥬Spinach came with holes! I dont expect that tbh.😑 Choice of side dishes didnt attract me that much.😔 Service was good. Staff were all polite, attentive and helpful.🥰 Nice dessert served after dinner. Icey and refreshing!❤️ $130+ for 2pax.. pricer than hdl with lesser items/choices.. Recommended! 👍

Located on the third floor of KINEX, it definitely is an ulu place to have this famed hotpot franchise - which is known for their collagen soup. As usual, high quality food and good service all round, even comes with a birthday cake during your birthday if you inform them. My go to for high quality hotpot, and definitely visit this outlet if the others are fully booked!
