Panera Bread

Well, my guest and I were disappointed. Definitely not the Panera experience we are accustomed to. Let's start with her order: turkey bacon bravo sandwich- was simply okay. She thinks perhaps it would have been better on a different bread choice. Her french onion soup was tasteless and literally "the worst I've ever tasted." Did not come with a baguette 🙄. Couldn't eat even half the soup. 😣. I had the margarita flatbread pizza. It was simply okay. Definitely not enough basil or red sauce. Arrived to the window at slightly warmer than room temp, cheese didn't string at all. 😑 Every table was dirty. But it is holiday shopping time and maybe they were busy earlier, but only 3 dining patrons in the dining room during our visit. I'd rather still have my $26, didn't order beverages (3$ tip).

The food used to be amazing here like at any Panera. Lately I get a salad that is barely full of lettuce and partly brown but worse than that, we sit in the drive through for a horrible length of time. Today no one was in front of me at the drive through for breakfast, I ordered a bagel and cinnamon roll and coffee, so easy to put in bags and have ready. There was one car at the window and myself. It was over 10 minutes and she came to the window, waved her hands around talking to the lady, and went back inside for another 7 minutes. I called twice and no answer because by now I was trapped in their drive through with a car behind and the lady at the window. They finally gave her a small bag. They MUST pull people up like any decent and caring restaurant and bring the food out if it is taking 20 min for one car at the window. I may never go back to this location.

EVERY TIME I went to this Panera on Fairview Road, they’re missing some ingredients! It’s unbelievable! If is not the avocado, which I can understand, is something so accesible like cherry tomatoes!!! They are across the Public Supermarket!! In other occasion they didn’t serve me a sandwich because they didn’t have the bread, and they didn’t want to substitute for another! REALLY??? Really bad service and management. Disappointed.
