As a previous employee of (Aitkens) now Robinson's and being in the customer service industry for over 25 yrs I must say that customers were always priority there! Unfortunately like anywhere Especially these days, waits are longer Parts get back ordered People make mistakes In the end the customers satisfaction is still number one there under all circumstances!

Completed a deal with Jamie Nunn on Friday where my father picked up his retirement vehicle. I would highly recommend dealing with this gentleman. He was easy to work with and willing to give of his own time to make the deal work for us. We had come a long way to look at the truck and they certainly went the extra mile. Happy to make that drive in future if it means a stress free deal.

Such an amazing experience!! I purchased my first brand new vehicle through Robinson and was not disappointed. My salesman, Al, was awesome. Very personable and friendly. Not to mention my boyfriend was egar to talk boats with him and Al was more than willing!! I also got the pleasure to meet and deal with the phenomenal Manager Brad & the amazing Marcy. From drooling over a new car on their lot to having it in my drive way, this team has been beyond amazing. 11/10 would recommend these guys! Thank you Brad & team!

You feel like you are dealing with family here. It's always a pleasant experience dealing with their staff. Whether it's service, parts, or sales, there seems to be an emphasis on being knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have purchased vehicles here and had them serviced here. Caveat.. . They are currently changing ownership so I am hopeful they carry on as usual.
