Little Caesars

I’m from out of state, so I called ahead for one pizza and arrived 10 minutes later, and a new cook messed up our order, so the cashier said she would give us the order for less than half price. So we sat down and waited for them to finish our pizza and my son asked for an icee so we went to the worker and asked for a large icee and she gave it to us for free. Great service. Made sure the customer was happy and that they were always right.

If there was a way to give a half star I would. We called for an hour straight to order pizza but it just kept ringing. Then we decide to go down there and place our order. I ask if something is wrong with the phones and the woman was snotty and rude. She then tells me that if it keeps ringing that is because no one could get to the phone. Mind you when I came in there are 5 people working. So you mean to tell me 5 people couldn't answer the phone for an hour straight?! Then we find out its a 45 minute wait for the pizza on top of that. What's worse is the last time we went there the pizza was under cooked and had barely any cheese. Once is a mistake twice is a pattern. This place sucks!!!

I ordered my pizza at 6:05 pm and the told me 45 min for 2 pizzas. So I gave them a little extra time and showed up at 6:55pm. When I got here I was handed my pizzas and I am the kind of person who checks her food before leaving and I’m glad I did. All of the cheese had slid off the pizzas. I told them that this was unacceptable. I wanted new pizzas. I asked for at least one be free because now they are wasting another 20 minutes of my time to remake my pizzas and I never got an answer! Horrible service!!!

I have always tried to order about 20-30 minutes ahead of time so I don’t have to wait. The last few times the phone kept ringing. I walked up to counter to tell about no one answering and they said, “they forgot to turn it off after taking a call” I tried calling a hour in advance multiple times on 6/19/19 and 30 minute in advance 7/1/19 both around 6:30pm. They obviously get a lot a phone calls so they turn the phone on “do not disturb” The best part was when I mentioned to them about their phones, they turned it back on. The phone then didn’t stop ringing the entire time I was there while waiting for my pizza and just like that they were busy again making money.

OK ~ ~~ Mediocre Service - what would you expect for Minimum Wage employees in a Hot fast food pizza chain - never had a BAD pizza here yet -- very good value if you do not mind eating refined white flour in your Pizza, Certainly NOT Spelt Flour or Vegan - or Kosher Ingredients just Basic American Fast Food Pizza. BTW~~ Sadly this Location IS -OUT-OF BUSINESS -due to the GREEDY Corporate Manuvering of the Lampeert Corporation that "owns" K~mart/Sears & Advanced Auto parts,,,, Buy your Pizza @ Gavin,s in Sidney or Jerrys - Sidney is justa Down on its Luck town ~~~~~~.
